Mavik was founded in 2018 to do one thing well: help early-stage startups build high-performing engineering teams.

We've stayed good at it by sticking to the basics. We partner closely with founders, build a simple, repeatable hiring system around each team, and run targeted hiring sprints that end in strong hires in 20 to 25 days.

We ask a lot of the teams we work with. But we never ask anyone to do work we aren't doing ourselves, and we deliver what we say we will.
